Abstract: 

The current electricity demand is increasing, and now the government has involved third parties in the implementation of electricity so that investors compete for building infrastructure in order to apply electricity. Thermal power is one source that has a fast break event point compared to other resources that more interested investors even with all forms of pollution caused. A form of heat power using a vapor pressure is fired into the turbine so that it will cause a rotating force that will turn the generator of an electric generator. thermal power has the ability to generate electricity large, but if there is a failure in operation, then the burden will quickly lose power sources that can cripple production activities. FMEA is one of the most widely used tools for the industry to analyze the root cause of the system so that the system is protected from small and large damage and can disrupt the stability of the industrial operating system. The reliability of the machine must always be maintained so that with this method it is expected to help the power service providers to maintain the availability of its services. With the implementation of FMEA, we get an overview of the steps to be taken for the future so that the reliability of a steam generator boiler system can be improved.

Abstract: 

Background: Tinnitus known as a central nervous system disorder is correlated with specific oscillatory activities within auditory and non-auditory brain areas. Several studies in the past few years have revealed that in the most tinnitus cases, the response pattern of neurons in auditory system is changed due to auditory deafferentation, which leads to variation and disruption of the brain Networks. Objective: In this paper, we introduce an approach to automatically distinguish tinnitus individuals from healthy controls based on whole-brain functional connectivity and Network analysis. Material and Methods: The functional connectivity analysis was applied to the resting state electroencephalographic (EEG) data of both groups using Weighted Phase Lag Index (WPLI) for various frequency bands in 2-44 Hz frequency range. In this case-control study, the classification was performed on graph theoretical measures using support vector machine (SVM) as a robust classification method. Results: Experimental results showed promising classification performance with a high accuracy, sensitivity, and specifi city in all frequency bands, specifically in the beta2 frequency band. Conclusion: The current study provides substantial evidence that tinnitus Network can be successfully detected by consistent measures of the brain Networks based on EEG functional connectivity.

Abstract: 

In this article at first the wavelet theory is described that if s advantages are informations about the location of frequencies content in the time domain, determining noises and denoising them from raw dataor process, knowing about distributaries of energy of signal at time-frequency space,... which can be used for fast computation and relatively exact analysis of structures. In following for a SDOF system of vibrationa relationship between input wavelet coefficient and output (response) wavelet coefficient is provided. So with input wavelet coefficient before exact analysis the response or excited modes of vibration of MDOF systems can be determinate and by facilities of wavelet transform, the response of system with denoising that cause lower memory occupation or how energy of process is distributed around specific scales, fast computation can be done. At the end, for demonstration of the true and accuracy of this method some examples are solved. It is nicely recommend that this method can be provided and adapted for MDOF system of vibration.

Abstract: 

Codon usage and rare codons have mixed results on the protein structure and function. An increasing amount of data is shown that replacing the rare codons with frequently synonymous ones has diverse results as a decrease in a protein’s specific activity, changing the folding pathway, and reducing protein solubility. In this study, we investigated the situation of codon usage of the Lampyridae family luciferases using computational databases. For this, the codon feature of these luciferases was studied, bioinformatically. Also, in silico analyses of this enzyme were conducted by structural modeling on the I-TASSER web server. The status of these rare codons in these structural models was studied using SPDBV and PyMOL software. Finally, the binding site properties were studied using the AutoDock Vina. Using molecular modeling, two rare codons (Arg533 and Arg536) were analyzed that may have a critical role in the structure and function of these luciferases. AutoDock Vina was used in molecular docking that recognizes some residues that yield closely related to luciferyl-adenylate binding sites. These analyses created a new understanding of the sequence and structure of these luciferases, and our findings can be used in some fields of clinical and industrial biotechnology. This bioinformatics analysis plays an essential role in the design of new drugs.

Abstract: 

In this research the spatial analysis of precipitation in humid seasons of the year in Ardebil Province was studied. Markov chain model is a special case of the models in which the linear case of a system is related to its previous cases. In this research the data of the daily raining was divided into two different groups ( arid and humid ) in five climatology synoptic stations (Ardabil, Khalkhal, Meshkinshahr, Parsabad, Saryein) in winter, spring and autumn and was analysed by using the spss software of statistic processing. And in final step by using the Arcgis software (saj) the probable percipitation maps of the province were drawn. The results show that Ardebil Province has many arid periods. And also in this province the short arid and humid periods happen more than long arid and humid periods. Raining except in Khalkhal Station does not last long and in other stations it lasts for short and discontinuous periods. Markov chain model is a good model to obtain the short and long humid and arid periods. Especially for the regions like Ardebil in which its humid and arid periods do not exist in the same place and conform to the model completely.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Salinity stress is considered one of the most important stresses in arid regions and affects 20% of arable land around the world and is continuously increasing due to climate change and human activities. Frequent and continuous droughts in Iran and drought stress and subsequent water and soil salinity make the production of more crops in arid and semi-arid regions face increasing restrictions and this causes a decrease in quantitative and qualitative yield of plants in these areas have been. Methods: To investigate the effect of salinity stress on some physiological traits of different wheat cultivars, a factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replications in greenhouse of Payame Noor University of Sabzevar. In this experiment, 15 wheat cultivars were compared at three levels of salinity (0, 5 and 10 dSm). Root and stem dry weight, leaf relative water content, electrolyte leakage, chlorophyll a, b and total, soluble sugars and amino proline content were measured in different cultivars. Results: The results showed that salinity increased the dry weight of root and stem and decreased the chlorophyll concentration. In salt stress condition, the lowest amount of leaf relative water belonged to Gasgozien cultivar with 15.61% and the highest amount was Bam with 62.34%The Mihan and Bam cultivars had the highest levels of chlorophyll a and b. The highest content of relative water content, proline amino acid and soluble sugars was observed in Pishtaz, Bam and Mihan cultivars.
